1. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE CANADA?

Yes we ship worldwide!

 

2. HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping within Canada is $8 with free shipping on orders over $100. Shipping to the United States is $10 with free shipping on orders over $150. Shipping for the rest of the world is $22.

 

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

If you live in Canada your item can take up to 8 business days to arrive. Packages sent to the United States can take up to 14 business days depending on location. For other countries shipping varies from 6 business days to 21 business days. If you have specific questions about shipping please send us an info@maryyoung.ca.

 

4. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

Yes, you may have your order shipped to a different address than your billing address. Simply select “shipping address different than billing address” in the first step of the purchase process and follow the instructions. 

 

4. I’VE RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER.

Items can take up to 4 days to be processed and shipped. Once your item has been shipped you will be sent an email with more information.

 

5. I’VE RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER, BUT THERE IS NO INFORMATION. 

Shipping information can take up to 48 hours to be processed. If you are still unable to get the location of your package after this time please contact us at returns@maryyoung.ca 

 

7. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange any unused merchandise (excepting underwear) within 10 days of receiving your product. For more information regarding returns feel free to visit our return policy page.

 

8. CAN I PROCESS AN EXCHANGE? 

We offer exchanges on unused merchandise excluding panties. Simply send the item back to us within 10 days of receipt. We offer free domestic returns - within Canada - for a return shipping label, please contact us at returns@maryyoung.ca Returns from outside of Canada are accepted, the purchaser will have to cover the cost of returning the product and the new shipping will be covered by us. 9. DO YOU EVER HAVE SALES OR DISCOUNTS?

We definitely have sales! Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest to stay updated on sales and new items.

 

10. DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON MY PURCHASE?

Sales tax does apply to purchases made within Canada. If purchases are being delivered outside of Canada there will be no sales tax applied. 

Orders shipped to:

Manitoba, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick subject to 13% sales tax.

Quebec subject to 5% GST and 9.5% PST on purchase amount or a total of 14.975%

British Columbia subject to 12% sales tax

Alberta, Northwest Territories and Yukon subject to 5% sales tax

Nova Scotia subject to 15% sales tax

Prince Edward Island subject to 14% sales tax

Saskatchewan subject to 10% sales tax

 

11. I SAW SOMETHING ONLINE THAT I CAN NO LONGER FIND. WHAT HAPPENED?

The item may have been removed from our site due to change in season or the item selling out. 

 

12. WHAT IS PRE-ORDER?

We occasionally offer the option to pre-order, this allows you to be one of the first to purchase an item. Some of our items are stocked in limited quantities and by pre-ordering you are securing your purchase before the item goes out of stock. 13. I'M PURCHASING AN ITEM AS A GIFT, HOW DO I INCLUDE A MESSAGE AND SHIP IT TO THEM?

When you check out you'll be able to include a message in the Special Instructions box that your purchase is a gift. We will make sure to remove any pricing on the garments and invoice. If you'd like a note included, please type it in the Special Instructions box and we will be sure to add it to the package. When you are completing check out, fill in the shipping address the address you wish the gift to be sent to.

 

14. THE COLOUR DOESN’T SEEM RIGHT?

Since every computer monitor varies we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of our products shown on our website. 

 

15. HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

See the size chart for correct sizing. Remember, the garments should have a snug fit without creating any discomfort. 

 

15. HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR MY ITEM?

All of our merchandise includes wash and care instructions on the label. For best long term care, hand wash items in cold water and lay flat to dry. Do not iron or dry clean.
